Lucaston
If the weather is unfavourable, snuggle down by the wood burner to watch a movie, or cook up a comforting feast in the large, well stocked kitchen.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is a queen room with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe; there is a twin bedroom next door with 2 single beds, and a further 2 double rooms, both with double beds.
All rooms have open wardrobe space and are spacious and high-ceilinged.
LIVING AREAS
There are 2 separate living areas - one is a cosy, quiet space perfect for relaxing with a book or an afternoon snooze. The main living area shares a bright, open plan space with the dining and kitchen.
There is a large smart TV and a wood burner, setting the perfect ambience in this gorgeous area. There are broad, comfortable sofas and large glass doors framing the magnificent gardens and wrap around veranda.
KITCHEN
The open plan kitchen is generous, with plenty of space to prepare meals - the space boasts a large kitchen island with a breakfast bar, large sink, and 4 hot plates.
The walk in pantry is home to the fridge and copious shelf space for all your goodies. The space is well stocked with appliances such as a full oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, soda stream, blender,
not to mention all the pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery you need for a comfortable stay. A beautiful, old Aga oven is the kitchen centrepiece - but that's just for decoration! The electric oven is much for efficient.
DINING
In this large open plan space is the huge dining table, suitable for sitting 8 guests. The large table is perfect for platters and entertaining. There is also direct access to the outside deck where the Weber Q BBQ lives.
BATHROOMS
The master bedroom houses the ensuite with a toilet, vanity, and shower. The communal bathroom has a large shower, bathtub, toilet, and twin vanities.
In the room opposite is the laundry room, with the washing machine and separate dryer. There is also plenty of space for hanging out laundry outside on the veranda and garden.
GARDENS
Our award winning gardens are a utopia of Tasmanian flora and fauna - you may be lucky enough to glimpse the resident platypus in the pond, or spy the marsupials and their joeys during dusk.
Discover the babbling brook at the bottom of the property amongst the blackberry bushes; explore the hidden patches of blossom amidst the towering poplar trees; admire the herd of alpacas in the adjacent field,
who may be hungry for a handful of hay over the fence. There is so much magic to see and admire in this stunning site.
